Within Australia
We offer complimentary standard shipping Australia-wide on all orders. If you're located in a remote area, please get in touch with our team so we can confirm delivery timeframes and options. You may opt for express shipping for $5 flat fee.

International Shipping
For our global customers, we offer a flat-rate international shipping fee of $25 AUD to most destinations. If your country isn’t listed at checkout, simply reach out to us—we’re happy to assist.

Signature on Delivery
All orders, both domestic and international, require a signature upon delivery. If no one will be available at your nominated address between 9am and 5pm on a business day, please provide an alternative address such as your workplace or a secure PO Box.

If no one is present to sign for the delivery, a card will be left with details on how to collect your parcel from the nearest collection point. Please note that if an order is returned to us, a re-delivery fee may apply.

Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other local fees depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. As required by Australian law, we will declare the full value and contents of your parcel on all international shipments.
